A standard key can be copied in a few minutes, almost anywhere. Convenient, but it means you don't know how many copies exist. Non-copiable keys change that.
How it works
- The system uses keys with a protected profile.
- Along with the keys you receive an ownership card: only someone presenting the card can request more copies.
- Lose a key? Nobody can make a copy without your card.
Who it makes sense for
- Families: you know how many keys there are and who you gave them to.
- Condominiums: the managing agent controls who has access to the main door.
- B&Bs and holiday homes: guests' keys cannot be copied in secret.
- Shops and offices: you control who can get in.
What we honestly tell you. It is a system that requires a compatible cylinder and keeping the card safe. We'll explain how it works before you choose it.
