Do I need the original key for a copy?
Yes. To copy a key we always need the original: that's where the copy comes from. If it's a security key that can't be duplicated without the ownership card, we tell you before starting.
I lost all the keys to my car — is there anything you can do?
Often yes, it depends on the make and model. Bring us the vehicle details and the registration document and we'll tell you what's possible in your case.
My remote is broken: do you repair the shell or the board?
It depends on the fault. We replace the shell when it's cracked or worn, and we work on the electronics when the problem lies in the board or the contacts. Bring us the remote and we'll diagnose it.
Do you work on motorbikes, scooters, trucks and vans?
Yes, we handle coded keys and remotes for cars, motorbikes, scooters, trucks and vans. Availability depends on the model: ask us for confirmation with make, model and year.
The central locking doesn't respond to the remote: what could it be?
It can be the remote's coding, the battery or a component of the locking system. Bring us the vehicle or the remote and we'll diagnose it: in many cases coding is possible.
