Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the management system and web app of KEY CENTER SRLS (KeyOk), the internal tool KeyOk uses to manage customers, requests and its own social profiles linked to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.

Who can use it

The system is reserved to authorised KeyOk staff and collaborators with personal credentials. It is not a public service and does not require customers to register.

Linking social profiles

• Linking happens only with the consent of the profile administrator, given on the Meta or TikTok authorisation screen.
• The app acts only within the granted permissions: publishing content, reading insights, replying to messages.
• Access can be revoked at any time from the platform settings; see the data deletion page.
• Use of the APIs complies with the Meta and TikTok developer terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Users do not share credentials, do not publish unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, do not use the app for unsolicited messages and do not attempt to bypass security measures. KeyOk may suspend access in case of misuse.

Data processing is described in the privacy notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, for internal use: it may be changed, interrupted or suspended, including because of changes to third-party APIs, without entitling anyone to compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
