Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that KEY CENTER SRLS (KeyOk) processes through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok APIs. The processing is described in the privacy notice.

1. Revoke access from the platform

  • Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select the KeyOk app → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Websites and apps (or App permissions) → select the KeyOk app → Remove.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → App permissions → select KeyOk → Revoke.

After revocation KeyOk can no longer read or publish on your account and deletes the access tokens.

2. Request deletion of your data

Write to amministrazione@keyok.it (or to the PEC address keycentersrls@pec.it) with the subject "Social data deletion", stating the platform and the name or identifier of your profile so that we can recognise you. We may ask you to verify your identity.

We delete messages, comments, identifiers and any other personal data about you received from the platform within 30 days of the request and confirm the outcome by email. We keep only data that the law requires us to retain (for example tax records) and aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

Other rights

You may also request access, rectification, restriction and portability, or lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
